Large collection of Motown albums to be auctioned late October [[UK based)

Just like to inform any collector of Motown LPs that a large collection of Motown albums is being auctioned in late October. A friend has place at least 400 albums into the auction...UK/USA/Euro/Canadian etc.
Lots of hard to find, including Brenda Holloway 's Uk Lp...many more

Are they entered as separate lots rather than as a whole collection. Some of the guide prices seem to be on the low side [[to me).

My friend intended the whole collection to go as one "lot" but apparently the auction people suggested that by splitting them up, sales would be easier.
Re guide price, I visited my go to shop for Motown/Soul and the knowledgeable shop owner expressed similar thoughts.
As I no longer collect vinyl, I'm out of touch and can't really comment on values anymore.
