Willie doesn't get talked about enough these days for me. He truly was a great song writer
and I loved the soulfulness of his voice and phrasing. This song was from his soundtrack to
The Mack from the time when he was heavily influenced by the work of Marvin Gaye.
For me the masterpiece track of that album was I Choose You. It was the first song of the
only 4 or 5 songs I ever bought as a download. The Chicago Gangsters apparently liked it
so much, they covered it...

What a great song! Picked up the single back in 1973 and 'Brother's Gonna Work It Out' is still one of my favorites [[and one of the best songs to come out of the early '70s Black Movie era).

I Choose You" was another jam. Willie Hutch is another of the great, underrated talents from Motown.
