The supposed intelligent people conducting these polls would flunk a U. S. History course. The recent one of the top 100 TV shows completely ignores the Ed Sullivan's Sunday night program's majestic impact on the U. S. A. A show which introduced Elvis Presley and the Beatles to the nation was not given it's proper place.
They were probably the same groupies club which said that Michael Jordan, as great as he was, was the athlete of the last century. Evidently those people never heard of Babe Ruth, Bill Russell [[ 11 NBA titles ) and Jim Thorpe.
The other crazy poll was the best comedians on SNL. Belushi at number 10 is way too low.They didn't realize his enormous impact on that show.
If future polling people want to be taken seriously they need to DO THEIR HOMEWORK. Study the history of the project first.
