Fantastic! And well deserved. Despite "Girlfriends" being a hit show for 7, 8 or was it almost 9 seasons, Tracee Ellis Ross said in an interview that she had never been to the Emmys. She has numerous Best Actress Image Awards for "Girlfriends", "Between the Lines" and "Black-ish". However, it seemed as if she were becoming the Susan Lucci of the comedic prime time world. Crossing my fingers that she continues to buck the trend and take home numerous Emmys [[Oscars, Tonys, Image Awards, etc.). Jennifer Lewis is formidable competition and I enjoy them equally as much.
