I think Chuck Cissel has been missing since around 1980! LOL! He did make a huge splash in Detroit in 1979 with "Cisseling Hot".

Charles "Chuck" Cissel [[born October 3, 1948) is an American singer, dancer, director, choreographer and producer. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma [[https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulsa,_Oklahoma) and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School [[https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Booker_T._Washington_High_School_[[Tulsa,_Oklahoma) ).
