A good episode, for me slightly more soul oriented than others. As one of the YouTube posters mentions, it was the last episode of the series which had been cancelled and apparently regular host Hoss Allen was so upset and had a little too much to drink to be able to present the show. So Otis got to present it as well as sing.

I have early memories of this show. It was syndicated and came on Saturday nights for a brief period in our area.
