Thanks for posting this.

I was watching but had just asked my partner, who was getting up to go into the kitchen, to pass me the remote so I could turn up the TV. As this question came up he started talking to me and walked in front of the TV...lol...So I go to rewind the DVR to catch the question again and since I wasn't wearing my glasses I hit the channel change button instead...omg... So therefore I could not rewind to see or hear the question fully, although I did catch the gist of it.

In the same category there was a question as to who sang with Tammi Terrell on ANMHE.

The person who answered "The Supremes" and "Marvin Gaye" correctly on each question just happened to be a record executive in California. Younger than many of us!

The contestant's name is Buzzy Cohen. He is now a five-day champion. He explained his job in the music industry today. He is about placement. So he is about placing popular songs in TV commercials or Web Ads or in films. And he was boasting that one song [[which he didn't name) went on to selling millions of units after he placed it in a commercial. I wouldn't call that the same thing as discovering the next true talent.

the song is probably the 80's hit "The Final Countdown" by Europe which was used in a GEICO commercial and as a result went back onto the Billboard chart 3 decades later and sold a lot!
