I run out of plaudits to describe this remarkable woman's vocal ability. She really does tackle a song like no other performer, Have you ever heard a bad performance from Gladys because i surely haven't.

With Gladys it's just not only vocal power, it's her phrasing. I noticed this a long time ago. She is masterful when it comes to her phrasing of the lyrics to a song to really get it across.
I mean really sell it! The group is ICONIC! I don't use that term lightly. Anytime now or in the future you see a female vocalist backed by male singers you will immediately think of Gladys Knight and the Pips! They were just that BAD!
