OK, the cop has been cleared of any wrongdoing and was determined to have followed department procedures. The family of slain teen is suing, alleging that the cop used excessive force.

Here is the video of the cop's body cam. What do you think?

Kinda strange, that the shooting wasn't on tape.

Very strange. The kid's cellphone camera did record the sound of the gunfire though.

The cop that killed the 12 year old kid who had a toy gun at the park in Cleveland was also cleared.

It was recorded, media outlets just cut the video right before the gunshots. I saw the full-length video with the gunshots the other day on MSNBC.

Sure, but they got this whole thing on video, and I say the kid was belligerent and would not cooperate. He may have been under the influence or hiding something, for all the cop knew.

I don't usually side with cops, but this looked legit. The kid fought back, and the cop fired.

Can you imagine the storm if that cop had been black?

Blank tape. Has a familiar ring to it.

Well, in Florida a kid's car broke down and he called a friend for help. Before it could arrive, plainclothes cop showed up in an unmarked car. According to him, the youth pulled a gun in him do he was forced to shoot him. If course he had no body camera and his car had no dash camera. They allegedly found a gun in the ground outside the car but only the cop is alive to tell the tale.

Ain't that convenient? How would you react if a stranger approaches you at night out of uniform? The pig should have called a squad car if he can't handle something so simple.

Calling backup is standard procedure in many jurisdictions.
