From a look standpoint, I can see it. Kelly, of course, can not hold a candle to Gladys' voice, so she will have to lip synch. Ain't nobody on the scene today that can come close to this:

Kelly definitely could play Gladys. I agree though, Jill. No one will come close to having that voice. :)

Lauryn Hill played Gladys basically in this video, although I always thought she would make a perfect "Mary Wilson" if a movie was made. Somebody agreed with me at the time! LOL!:
