Bobby Vinton Blue On Blue/Blue Velvet LP

I know this not the proper forum to post on, but was wondering if there was anyone here into Bobby Vinton and was wondering why this LP has not made it onto cd/digital download? Does anyone here have any info on the album and if it will ever see the light of day in the digital age?

I like both of those songs. I listened to white and black stations growing up. Blue Velvet reminds me of getting ready to go to school early in the morning for some reason so does The Monkees "Day Dream Believer."
