Also from the NY Times several days ago:

I was lucky to see Mr. Bailey live twice - once as Phyllis Diller, and once performing "Judy at Carnegie Hall" - AT Carnegie Hall! A wonderful entertainer.

And now Mr Jim Baileys gone home to Glory to our Father's Heavenly Mansion where hes probably having a real nice visit with the real Judy Garland and Phillis Diller.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

enjoy Eternity Jim Bailey. You are home now my dear.

That's a wonderful thought, Ms. Roberta! Mr. Bailey gets to meet his maker AND his inspirations! That would only come from you and I thank you for the idea.

The idea came directly from the Lord dear Robertz. He gave his life for all our sins so that we may all have eternal life. For me I know that Jesus is the Son of God. He lived a sinless life and then died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins. "God demonstrates His own love for us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us." Jesus then rose from the dead and now He lives in heaven with God His Father. He offers us the gift of eternal life by living forever with Him in heaven if we accept Him as our Lord and Savior.
Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except by Me."

God reaches out in love to all and wants us to be His children. We can all choose to ask Jesus Christ to forgive our sins and he will come into our life as our Lord and Savior.

Have blessed and safe weekend dear.

Fondly,
Roberta
