I have to agree, because even if is "the times", the INDIVIDUAL can always choose to do the correct thing instead of going along with the times.

Okay, so am I to understand from the thread title that one feels a particular endowment of
blessing knowing one never was acquainted with the works of someone who later became
revealed to be less than previously portrayed to be...Hmmm...This "newflash" about Dr
Seuss , though bothersome, does not change the fact that millions of people grew up with
his books, I read them to my baby sister, and they continue to be stocked and distributed
in massive quantities from nearly every public library in the country. You review a past and
rue a past but erase it, no one can ever do in real life...
