Is there any news on the next release due from Ace Records?

I assume that you mean Motown-related.
Ace features upcoming releases [[usually for the next month or two) at its website. As a dozen future cd's are shown currently, it's unlikely that we will see a Motown release until July, if the clearances Keith Hughes said he was working on ever come through.

I never thought we'd make it for June, Carole, so was holding back on announcing it. Just heard this afternoon that Ace are going to fast-track it, after such a long wait for clearance. It'll no doubt show on the website soon.

I'll take anything motown related. I'm sure other releases are in the pipeline but Ace don't tend to advertise until shortly before release no doubt due to potential delays with clearances etc.
