I would not be surprised if by the time the dust settles, the Blurred Lines suit is overturned on appeal and all the nonsense it started will die.

If the lawsuit is setting any precedent, it's for trolls to sue for stupid crap. But this was going on before the lawsuit so this would be laughed out at court, I'm confident.

I do think the Blurred Lines ruling will be overturned too though.
