In honor of Diana Ross’ upcoming residency, The Essential Diana Ross: Some Memories Never Fade, the City of Las Vegas has declared Thursday, March 26, also Ross’ birthday, as Diana Ross Day [[Photo credit: Al Watson).
Ross was thrilled to learn of the proclamation for her birthday. On how she stays so young and energetic, Ross commented “Love. Love what you do, stay in the moment, live a good life now and have fun.”
Presented by AEG Live and The Venetian Las Vegas, Ross will take the stage at The Venetian Theatre for a special nine show engagement April 1-18. Named “Most Successful Female Vocalist of All Time,” the original diva will debut a brand new show featuring a selection of her chart topping hits including “I’m Coming Out” and “Upside Down.”
