A shout out to my great great grandfather william g lane who was irish and loved his son,bradford spencer,my great grandfather. Btw, he wasn't a slaveholder but he married into a slaveholding family and passed on some of his wealth to my grandfather. Contrary to popular belief all white folks didn't mistreat their slaves.
