Howdy there, Folks! No....no comments about the ever and seemingly endless winter...and more snow tonight...but I won't mention it [[*smile). Tonight's show focuses on 2 Motown decades that I don't spend a lot of time dabbling in....the 70's and the 80s! Though not a lot of time was spent recording in Detroit, lots of great tracks came out of that 20 year period. And how am I gonna fit 20 years into 3 hours??? Frantically! But do join me for some great music....awfully sexy....wasn't it? That's tonight...on "Nightflight" on WOMR 92.1 FM Provincetown and WFMR 91.3 FM Orleans and streaming live worldwide in digital stereo at www.womr.org [[http://www.womr.org) Thanks! See you on the radio! John

This will certainly be a bit different spotlight from the 1960s classic Motown sound. Looking forward to the show MJ.

Hey Johnny, did you read my review of the Scherrie and Susaye concert? I also included some photos from the concert.

Hi John and folks...Looking forward to hearing some great 70s Motown. Coincidentally, I was playing some Diana, Eddie, David and Smokey from that period over the weekend.

Some of my favorites: G C Cameron - No Matter Where: Sisters Love - Give Me Your Love; Temptations and Undisputed Truth - Law of the Land

Yes, John, it is snowing here too west of Boston. I finally made it to the Cape this past weekend for the first time in 7 weeks - so the snow was like cement. Not fun shoveling into the house. Hope things have melted on my next trip in 3 weeks.

MJ. Norman Whitfield did not write "Daddy Could Swear". Johnny Bristol, Gladys Knight and I believe Bubba Knight were the co-writers.
