I first saw that about 40 years ago. I never knew where it was from. Its in David Morse's Motown" book. Thank you Weslley for solving that old mystery for me.

She does a nice job, but I would imagine that the writers know a helluva lot better how they wanted it to sound and are the only ones who know how it's "suppose" to sound and this is not what they did to it to present it to the world. Or is this one of the sessions you sat in on and know they were unhappy firsthand?
