Not sure about my top 5, but I'm dying to see the "You Can Live with It, Baby" PSA again with Mary, Cindy, and Scherrie. It's one of my earliest memories of The Supremes; I remember being transfixed by these glamorous goddesses in our living room at 4 years old . Anyone?

The footage from UK's Ready, Steady, Go where they sang Where Did Our Love Go and Baby Love whilst covering Keith Fordyce with kisses.

It was this sequence that got me into The Supremes and Motown generally. I've not seen this since it was broadcast in 1964.

Seems great! From what year is this announcement?

If memory serves, it was either '74 or '75. It was a 30-second ad.
