Fantastic! Quite a rendition of Someday. I saw Mary around this time in either Tahoe or Vegas put on a similar show proving her abilities as a lead singer. She wore the same leather dress looking great!

She sounded strong, glorious, near the peak of her powers which have yet to wane!

At 10:58 Mary says:

"..This is the last song I recorded with Diane, in 1970, Someday We'll Be Together.."

Sometimes the fans know more about an artist than the artist. Here is an example. Someday was the last number one song of the sixties , so it couldn't be recorded in 1970.

As far as Mary saying she recorded the song with Diane - when in fact, she didn't- well , the name Supremes was on the record and Mary was in the group, so she can be forgiven for a sort of poetic license.

Technically, she is right.........

You are right Marv. She did not say she recorded the record with Diana. She said it was the last song she recorded with Diane in 1970. And as you pointed out, technically, she is right.

And by co-incidence that event happened exactly 45 years ago today on January 14, 1970
