Hey SDF,
Thought I'd pass this along - today I'm expanding the Back To Class project to Chicago with the release of two songs paying tribute to Curtis Mayfield & The Impressions. Featured guests include longtime lead singer of The Impressions Reginald Torian, Lee Goodness from Mayfield's band, and Cecil Jones from the Chicago Black Ensemble Theater's production of "The Story of Curtis Mayfield." As with the past releases in the project, 50% of profits will be donated to public school music programs, this time in the Windy City! Both tunes are available online starting today:
