Great video, and the Velvelettes especially in great voice, but why did Brenda need a lyric sheet? She's performed so long, has been a pro since a teenager. Kind of surprising she had to go on stage with the lyric sheets.

On the book, off the book, don't matter...it's Brenda and I'd take her performance with lyric sheet — in curlers and housecoat if it came to that — any way she wants to deliver it.

You're right of course. It just seemed odd.
