Florence Ballard Rising Star Award

I am not sure if this has been covered here before or under the old forum, but there is a newly named music award in the name of Florence Ballard given out annually as a part of the "Detroit Black Music Awards". The honor is called "The Florence Ballard Rising Star Award". For more on the awards themselves, go here:
