Does anyone know about this? What year? Was this a one-off, or was there a tour? I assume this was in the UK.

this was about 1999 or 2000, it came to Cardiff and I went to see it, tickets said 7 pm and it started at 7pm, well i got there at 7.30 ish and had missed edwin, syreeta and billy preston, Mary was on and I remember that Brown Sugar was in her set and I think that this was the Last time I saw Levi with the tops and Melvin & Richard Street with the Temps.
