Anybody know where or when? Some Academy Awards? The dress might give enough info to some people to tell where and when.

great photo, I love robin Williams as an actor and I am a big fan of his, always makes me laugh when I watch his films, one of the greats, so sad to hear about his passing, he always comes across as a jolly happy fella, just goes to show you that anyone could suffer with depression.
may he rest in peace.
