Really miss the Jackson Five days of innocence. Out of all of the boy bands they were the best.

So I asked the President, and owner of Motown, Barry Gordon Sr. to arrange for me to photograph them.

I think I just puked a little.

According to his website [[ http://www.lawrenceschiller.com/photos/ ) that photo session was in 1959. Sorry but that story isn't even a bit believable to me. Diane wouldn't be arranging photo sessions for them.

Well, the photo couldn't have been taken in1959, as Michael was born in 1958 and he would have been a year old in the photo, so I would say that the photo was taken around 1969.

All makes sense; it's awful when they write such a bunch of garbage with an interesting story.

I was trying to make a point that maybe this guy mis-remembers it since he couldn't even know the year correctly. And the actual photo session had to have been done in 1970 or 1971, not 1969, so a typo can't be a reason for the screw up.

I'm betting 1970 or 1971 too - Jermaine is wearing a ribbed sweater which was in style back then [[couldn't WAIT til I got mine, LOL!)

Michael and Marlon's short afro and the shirt Michael has on looks like the one he wore when their first album came out....
