HDH's First Wives Club Musical: Back on Track for Broadway

HDH were working on this five years ago and it looked like things were on the move with a try-out run at the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego, but reviews were mixed and it went nowhere. Now it looks as though it's back on track again with a new book, a different score from HDH [[writing new songs and using old songs from their catalog), and having a try-out run in Chicago before heading off to Broadway. Hope this time it works out!

This is good news. I was disappointed when it did not make it to Broadway. It's a good combination of book by Linda and music by HDH. And the movie was enjoyable. Hope it makes it this time.
