Kim Weston

Does anyone know what Kim Weston is up to these days? I read she is a DJ in Detroit, but I'm guessing she's retired now? I see she's appearing on a bill for a show in the UK later this year.

Listening to her "Kim Kim Kim" album that I was lucky to find in a shop last weekend, still sealed, on vinyl. Such a great album! She was/is so underrated. Would be nice to get some of her post-Motown work on CD someday. Maybe in a complete collected works type of box-set.

I think I saw on Facebook that someone had seen her perform recently in the UK. It's funny you mention that "Post-Motown" work because I was just listening to Big Brass Four Poster​ last night!!!

She guested on Midnight Johnny's Motown show a month or two ago. I didn't hear most of it, just a few minutes, but I imagine some listeners could fill us in on what she discussed as far as her current activities.
