js, I listened to their music on youtube, preferring not to download tracks, and I have to say they are funky as hell. Dee Dee Bridgewater even jammed with them and gave
them her stamp of approval and though she's known to most as a jazz singer, Dee Dee
knows her funk. Though I usually like the more traditional Israeli music of Ofra Haza [[RIP)
I'm glad some of them have found the funk. This reminds of George Clinton years ago
talking to a writer about funk outside of America, even in Russia. I think I'll try to find
some of those bands on the net later today...
