Discovered these guys off Soultracks.com, great tune here.

I talked about good music being hidden, we'll see if this track -- or any others -- charts. It's as good as "Happy" by P. Williams, this tune is more creative and better produced.

Like I said [[and people disagree with me), good soul/funk music is hidden and doesn't get to the public. This being an example, but maybe it will chart or at least get out there. I hope so, this guy is a talent.

Now that I like! Anything that sounds like it has real drums wins with me. And, I can hear it on the radio, too.

Hope I didn't kill your thread by posting that.

Here's a hit climbing the charts. Sounds like it could be from the early 80s:

If it sounds like it has an '80s groove it is because it Is a remake of "Thinking About Your Love" by SKIPWORTH & TURNER from 1985. :)

Yes, definitely an '80s sound ... kind of like MADONNA meets KID CREOLE & THE COCONUTS in look and feel.

As JESSIE J is involved I'm guessing it was recorded in London during Mr Thicke's recent tour. That shopping alleyway at the beginning and end of the video has to be in London and looks sooooo familiar I'm going to be losing sleep trying to think where it is ... :)
