Marvin Gaye- 1981 Live Performance of "I Want You"!

First of all, this is one of my favorite songs from Marvin. We all know that he was living in exile in Belgium by 1981, but can anyone determine if this performance was filmed there? I see Gordon one of his long time band members ,but the others I really don't recognize:

Most of the backing musicians were hired by Marvin and Freddy Couseart to back him. Deon Estus is the bassist. I forgot the name of the American drummer. Odell Brown is one of the keyboardists with another keyboardist Marvin worked with on the European tour of 1980. And yes this was in Ostend, Belgium. I gotta check my Behind the Legend DVD to see where it was at. It was called London something... I know he did a tour of England before the two-date Belgium residence the same year.
