Just found two Ross related Michael Sembello recordings, I didn't know about yet.
1. Michael Sembello's demo for "Mirror, Mirror" which is so less rocky and so much more Stevie Wonder sounding than the eventual version by Ross:

Wonder how Ross would have sounded if she stuck more to the demo
2. Michael Sembello's version of "Heavy Weather" -- released a year after the Ross version, with a rather scary music video:

He really sticks close to the Ross version.
