I I like the sing-along hook or chorus. Stevie was the man. Tata Vega's cover

was just as good.

Maybe because I tend to favor female vocalists, I give the nod to Tata for performance of the song. I saw her sing it on some show [[can't remember which now) way back and it moved me deeply.
