I've just queried the attribution of this with the seller.

What is on offer was used on the cover of the Martin Luther King album "Why I Oppose The War In Vietnam" Black Forum BF451 with a sketch of Dr King's head superimposed. That album was released in October 1970.

The "Guess Who's Coming Home" album wasn't released on Black Forum until I believe 1972 and obviously had different artwork, so if it's genuine, he's obviously got the attribution wrong.
