No racial component to this story, but certainly echoes of Trayvon Martin and what happened in Detroit as a Georgia homeowner with a gun calls the police about a strange man in the yard at 4AM then goes out with gun and kills strange man, who turned out to be a man in his mid 70s with Alzheimer's who wandered away from his home. The sherrif so far won't arrest saying the guy had the right to do as he did under Georgia's Stand Your Ground law.
