Howdy Nightflight Listeners!! As we continue with The Complete Motown Singles collection, we have finally reached the magic year....1965!! So many hits...and amazingly a number of clinkers...but they are all part and parcel of the Detroit Sound. And you'll hear them all as I go through them chronologically...as long as it takes...months...years...even if WOMR has to do a live remote from my nursing home bed....I will do this! And I would love to have you join me on this fantastic journey. And one more time, tonight I will have with me special guest star Justine...who continues to learn more about Motown than she ever planned to!

Hey! yes, Whisper was great, but I played Back In My Arms Again to pieces. In fact, the day I got it, I liked it SOOO much, I stuck my speaker out the window and blasted the neighborhood with it until we got complaints from the neighbors. Other fave B's: There's No Stopping Us Now, Going Down For The Third Time and Everything's Good About You - all got equal or greater play to their A-sides.
