Does anyone have any information on this recent release?
I received an email from CD Universe about it, but it had no product info. I checked Amazon, and the same thing. No tracks, etc.

This is the 2nd time that this has been released by Universal Japan. It was 1st released Mar 25th, 2009 in a cardboard sleeve Mini LP SHM-CD. The one you mention has just been released again but this is a jewel case and not SHM although it has been remastered with 24-bit technology. This is a very limited edition and CD Japan is selling it for about $10 US. They are re-issuing 50 albums Oct 16th and another 50 albums Nov 20th. Some have never been released before and others haven't been released since early 90s.
