Michael shut his father out of his 2002 will, but Joe Jackson had been suing to get back into the administration of the MJ estate. No such luck: A judge ruled yesterday that the estate will not transfer over to the controversial family patriarch, but remain in the control of executors John Branca and John McClain. Wow, John McClain! He should be handy in case German terrorists try to take the estate hostage. [AP]

Good! He doesn't deserve it, and Michael didn't want it.

Joe Jackson - well - I will give him credit for preparing his son to become the great JACKSON FIVE. But that is where it ends.

If MJ wanted Joe Jackson to control the estate he would have left him in charge. It is amazing how pompous Joe Jackson can be - to actually believe a court would put him in charge. He was very foolish to spend thousands of dollars on lawyers that he had to know could not win this case for him

He is pretty much delusional isn't he! There was no way that was going to happen; the estate truly does need professional help. Joe is just a scammer.

Joe Jackson continues to make a public fool of himself - and his attorneys are just using this foolish old man to make money - on things that will not work.

If at all possible I am sure Joe Jackson and his greedy lawyers will try an appeal, Joe just does not get it.
