This looks like a nice way to spend a holiday, but I wonder if there will be enough of an audience to sell fourteen shows in one town. It seems that Mary's generation now goes from city to city doing one show per city. That includes Mary, Diana, Gladys, O'Jays and many acts of the sixties and seventies.

Having said that, occasionally, an entertainer will come to Broadway and do two weeks of shows and sell out. This may be a similar type event.

He was married [[as was Tom Jones et al) as there was no legal separation in Michigan until Jan 1 1972. Each state has different divorce laws. Michigan revised their's to include legal separation in 1971.

Obie said he [[Duke) was legally separated. I only go by what I was told. Maybe they were legally separated in another State.

Not sure yet, but I am pretty sure that they will be doing more guest appearances on local Chicago television and radio programs. It would also be a good idea to promote the show via national travel and events publications.
