Does anyone know where I can find clips or if there are any at all of live performances by the Miracles of these 4 songs:

[[Come 'Round here) I'm the One You Need
More Love
Baby Baby Don't Cry
We've Come Too Far To End It Now

I'm dying to see live versions of these 4 songs, as I've never seen any of them before. Has anyone seen any live versions of any of these 4?

These two are in a medley form on a show called "Popinanny" as I remember - interesting to hear the Miracles vocal ranges fill in for the strings:

[[Come 'Round here) I'm the One You Need
More Love

Baby Baby Don't Cry
Playboy After Dark as I recall - sped up slightly

We've Come Too Far To End It Now
I haven't seen this one - but for a Miracles tune with the same feel, "Here i Go Again" is fantastic on Music Scene.

"Baby ,Baby Don`t Cry" on Playboy is very short with the host speaking over the music and the credits rolling. It is very interesting because the backing group features not only Marv Tarplin but "Beans" Bowles on flute and I think that it is Tony Newton on bass.

Surely they were on tv way before April 1964, especially after hitting with Shop Around, You Really Got and Mickey's Monkey.

More than likely but I can`t find any evidence - not that that means much.

They performed SHOP AROUND on American Bandstand on 12/27/60. They returned on 5/28/62 to perform I'LL TRY SOMETHING NEW.

They probably did some local things around Detroit as well, I would assume.

Are these commercially available Reese

No. I don't even know if they were saved. I've never seen them, but they are included in the log in THE HISTORY OF AMERICAN BANDSTAND by Dick Clark and Michael Shore.

I almost licensed "A Whole Lotta Shakin In My Heart" for a project recently.

There is also a very odd outtake from "Going To A Go-Go" on the end of one of The Mike Douglas reels we looked at last year. I think it was intended for end credits as we see the guys for a brief part of a minute, followed by them doing the entire song in very small square blocks, like 40 of them across the screen.

They also did "Come Round Here" on Action. I do love their performnce of "Mickey's Monkey" and "My Girl Has Gone" from Bandstand. "I'll Be Doggone" is kind of neat from Hullabaloo.

One of the coolest I've seen was them doing "The Love I Saw Was In You Was Just A Mirage" from a local show in Cleveland. They were on a lawn, but the dance steps were very involved. I've heard word of them appearing on shows in England [[other then the Ready Steady Go Dusty special), but have never seen the footage. Only pictures of Claudette with them on a tv set, which I think might possibly be a different episode of RSG.

The uncut Sullivan medley [[which I used on the syndicated package of shows for PBS stations back in 2000) has "If You Can Want" included. I think the full version came out a couple years back on DVD as well.

When Mickey's Monkey was a hit they were in Miami performing at Sir John's Knight Beat and performed on the local AB type show, Saturday Hop. It was Smokey, Claudette, Bobby and Ronnie. Also on the show the same day, the Cookies doing Don't Say Nothin' Bad About My Baby.
