Hey there, Folks! Join me tonight for my birthday show!! Actually, my birthday is in 2 days. And tonight's show is a reprise of my birthday show from October 28, 2008! And for the 3 hours of that show, I had the pleasure of the company of lead singer and drummer of Hot Wax/Invictus' Flaming Ember...Jerry Plunk!

Jerry had been on the show 2 weeks prior to this show. He and I focus the show, not only on his career and his time with Hot wax Records and HDH, and Motown, but we play and discuss many other Invictus/Hot Wax stars AND Jerry's STILL unreleased cd "Unfinished Business" which reunites Jerry and Flaming Ember AND Telma Hopkins, Joyce Vincent-Wilson and Pam Vincent.

We also talk about all that naughty double-entendre laced within the Invictus/Hot Wax tracks.

davidh...yeah...Jerry said they backed up most everything Flaming Ember did...and virtually everything at Invictus/Hot Wax...and so much more we don't even know of in Detroit. I wish we knew all that they were on.
