Meant to say this a couple of days ago but I kinda get tired of being almost the only cat
responding to these great threads of yours, no_place, unowatimsaying?:)...Anyway, I
had to go through them and listen to the singers I'd never heard before like the Fawns
and Dushons...Nice stuff. Also I never knew the Blossoms had covered The Delfonics
Break Your Promise. Wonder whose Idea that was. Seems everybody and their Mama
were Delfonics fans at one time or another...

Iherewatusayin man LOL It's OK that folks don't respond, some just view and don't comment. No biggie. But know that I do appreciate those that do comment and provide feedback like yourself, Splanky.

I always get excited when I discover a new artist and/or group and that's why I always try to include some rare tracks that folks may not be familiar with on my threads. That being said I'm glad you listened to and liked the Fawns and the DuShons.

Don't have any info on the DuShons. As far as I know they only released that one single.

Don't know who was behind suggesting that the Blossoms do a cover of BYP, and while the Delfonics' version will always be tops for me, the Blossoms did a helluva job - their vocals were spot on.
