It's an out of copyright and [[presumably) recorded from vinyl release - with an attractive cover. Hallmark have released them individually with original artwork. Jasmine have also released similar collections on other artists such as

and
7188

With the change in the copyright law you're in for a very long wait. Agree with you though that I would like to have the Original's albums back on CD. The only ones I have are Baby I'm For Real [[Green Grow The Lilacs) and California Sunset. Whenever you see the others they go for healthy sums but not all have seen CD release as yet. Can't be long now surely.

The Originals albums sell for affordable prices on Ebay all of the time. I don't think Universal is interested in reissues from the Originals aside from Baby I'm for Real. But their stuff could be licensed to some other company like SOULMUSIC.COM.
