Nice article Jim. I liked the part where you said that she managed to keep her name afloat for decades after the Supremes were no longer on the scene.
Her peak of popularity was in the sixties and it was as a member of a group. Yet more than half a century later, she managed to somehow keep herself in the public eye with a variety of projects - books, gown tours, club engagements, oldies shows, podcasts, interviews and even a radio dee-jay.
She most definitely kept her name afloat
Very nice. I'm so glad to see Mary getting immortalized, as she very well should be.
