I am thinking specifically about the Billboard Awards in 1990 or 1991 when she performed the "Loverman/My Man/All The Man That I Need" medley -- audience on its feet for the whole [[incredible) performance.
I only had the pleasure of seeing Whitney in concert , in Cincinnati in 1991. She was amazing!
