Post More Sad News: Winifred "Blue" Lovett of The Manhattans passed away.

In less than a week two original members of "The Manhattans" are gone.
My condolences go out to Blue's family and the fellas,

nysister, there's only one original still living that's Kenny Kelly.

3 "original" Manhattans all passed in the month of December:
    SMITTY [[original lead) - Dec 16. 1970
    BLUE - December 9, 2014
    SONNY - Dec. 3, 2014

    How ironic!

Blue's voice was iconic! His intro to "Let's Kiss and Say Goodbye".......man! He was one of a kind and will definitely be missed. Thanks Blue for the music and the memories. Rest in peace and God Bless.

One of the nicest people you could ever meet and he was always so kind when talking to my students. He will be missed.
