I doubt Mary would want to live there at this point anyway. It was once a hot spot for people like Stevie Wonder, Eddie Murphy, Brook Sheilds, etc...etc.... but many have moved on to Beverly Hills and the like.

and let's not forget Whitney! Mary seem really happy living in Manhattan on the
UWS, but now she has been use to living in that huge place, I doubt she wants to put everything back in storage and live in a much smaller space now.
