Not in terms of the songs that were on it, but the album cover for 'Motown Chartbusters Vol 7' is quite an oddity.

It has a fruit/slot/poker machine as the cover image and it had a little wheel that you could twist/spin and the heads of Jean, Mary & Cindy showed in the slots when their Supremes track was listed. It would change to other artists faces [[or sometimes instruments) and their song on the album as you turned it.
