She's working on one. She has another album, One True Vine.

I've been listening to Mavis all of my life. She was one of my dad's favorite singers.

Have you heard her latest cd? What do you think of it? None of the songs really grab me, with the exception of the title track, ONE TRUE VINE. I liked her last cd much more.

I have it. I liked it. I really liked the remake I Like the Things About Me and Woke Up This Morning. I liked the last album with Tweedy too. He captured that old Staples sound. Mavis won her first Grammy for it. It was long overdue. Mavis is one of those singers you can go back and listen to some song she did years ago like Don't Knock and find she can still sing it.
